Cut


Two layers of moist dark chocolate sponge cake and brushed with rum simple syrup and filled with creamy rum vla/pastry cream in the middle.

Hi Regina,

Unfortunately I didn't write down the recipe.
But it is a very simple chocolate cake with pastry cream filling. You can get the recipe for individual layer and combine them together.
As for the rum simple syrup (or you can change it to any flavor or omit the alcohol altogether), I just simply made simple syrup and added rum until my preferred taste.
